Library of Love: Two Years of Real Talk & Real Healing

ree

I didn't set out to "be a writer." But somewhere along the way, I found a voice.

Maybe it's not perfectly polished prose, but it's real — shaped by 30+ years in the body-mind connection trenches and a lifetime of asking "what if?" My newsletters became an unexpected home for sharing lessons learned, stories lived, and science-backed wisdom that actually works.

Here's the thing about collections: they tell a story you didn't know you were writing. Looking back through two years of newsletters, I see patterns I couldn't recognize in the moment — threads of vulnerability, growth, and the messy beauty of figuring life out while helping others do the same.

If you've missed a few along the way (or want to revisit when you need exactly the right message), here's your roadmap through the archives.

2025: Finding Rhythm & Integration

[Wellness Center Gratitude/ Sankulpa/ July-Aug 2025 Offerings] - When gratitude meets sacred intention and a month in Costa Rica changes everything

[Cooling Breaths/ Summer Fun/ Fire Elements - July 2025] - Playing with the elements and remembering breath is your built-in air conditioning

[Pain & Suffering Discussion/ Sunlight/ Yoga Day - June 2025] - The conversation nobody wants to have but everybody needs

[Mental Shadows/ The Pure Life/ 3-min Breath - May 2025] - Costa Rica taught me about shadows and light in equal measure

[Invaluable and Integration, WWMBSD? - February 2025] - What Would My Best Self Do? (And why that question changed everything)

[Work Meaning and Mind Position - January 2025] - New year, same human, better questions

2024: The Foundation Year

[Dive Into Wellness ~ March 2024] - The spring I got vulnerable about sharing my words with the world (spoiler: it was terrifying and necessary)

[Nurture Our Nature ~ April 2024] - Mental health, new spaces, and my never-ending love affair with protecting the earth

[Sharing The Wellness ~ May 2024] - When Tampa Bay featured the work and I remembered why community matters

[Some Things That Matter ~ June 2024] - My personal favorite. Achievements, realizations, and what actually carries weight in life

[You've Got Choices ~ July 2024] - Freedom, options, and that Tampa Bay honor that reminded me how far we'd come

[Fall Into Equinox ~ September 2024] - Balance, villages, and the beauty of intentional living

[Position of the Moon, Mind, and Body ~ October 2024] - Breaking down the "P" in PRiSM while exploring how lunar cycles mirror our internal rhythms

[Coming Home ~ November 2024] - What it means to return to yourself, plus posture as a practice of arriving where you are

[The Season of Lights ~ December 2024] - Winter wisdom, sage advice, and finding illumination in the darkest months

The August That Wasn't

Notice the gap? August 2024 disappeared because life demanded I take something off my plate to focus on family and, well, being human. Turns out, saying no to newsletters was exactly what I needed to say yes to everything else. Sometimes the most important thing you write is the one you don't.

What This Collection Really Is

These newsletters aren't just archived content — they're breadcrumbs of a journey. Each one captures where I was, what I was learning, and what felt urgent enough to share. Some are raw, some are polished, all are honest.

Browse when you need inspiration. Click when you're curious. Let one message land exactly when you're ready to hear it.

Because that's how the best conversations work — not when they're perfectly timed, but when they're perfectly needed.

P.s. A Note of Gratitude

None of these newsletters would exist without you - the people who read, respond, and share your own stories with me. You've been part of this journey in ways you probably don't even realize.

Your questions sparked topics I never would have explored. Your challenges reminded me that we're all figuring this out together. Your celebrations gave me permission to share my own wins. Even your silence during my rest cycles taught me that sometimes the most loving thing we can do is simply hold space.

ree

When I write about vulnerability, it's because you've shown me yours first. When I explore difficult topics like pain and suffering, it's because you've trusted me with your experiences. When I celebrate breakthroughs, it's because you've cheered me on through mine.

ree

This collection isn't just my story - it's ours. Thank you for being part of it, for inspiring these words, and for creating a community where real talk and real healing can happen side by side.

The conversation continues, and I'm grateful you're here for it.
