Night-time routine for better sleep and self care

This video is a supplement to the Employee Wellness Video labeled "Solutions to Better Sleep". It also can be used to learn the positioning mentioned in the "Stress Management" wellness video.

Gentle stretching and movement, calm breath patterns, mindful meditations and intention to provide the self care and nurturing before bedtime can add to your sleep hygiene and can prepare the body and mind for a restful night.

Prepare your space with a matt or blanket for a surface, a couple of pillows or bolsters for support, a chair for another option and

dim the lights. Have your teeth brushed and your pajamas on so that all you have left to do is climb in bed. Enjoy!
