Service Description

Small class size! Kids ages 11-17 get to experience fun yoga poses and a variety of movement in the swing. Yoga experience is not required. Breath and calm techniques included at the end of class. Parents are welcome to watch or catch lunch at Kuba while they wait. Class time: 1PM- 2PM. List of contraindications to be read and waiver to be signed by parent.
