"Thank you for coming to class and for allowing me to fulfill my purpose in life.  I am blessed to have accumulated almost 30 years of body/brain, mind and soul studies and to have packaged it into what both PRiSM Wellness and St Pete Aerial Yoga offer.  I bring these services to further us all along on our individual paths to freedom in movement and mind but more importantly assisting our collective energies as we understand and lead from our true essence of pure love and light!"

1. We welcome all levels of students. You don’t need yoga or gymnastic experience. Our aerial yoga educators are certified and trained to modify poses for your level.


2. Any size, shape, and age can practice aerial yoga. However, the WLL (Working Load Limit) of our rigging is 1000 lbs. Therefore, we recommend a body weight of under


250 lbs to attend class so the poses are achievable. Aerial private sessions are available to those over 250 lbs for safely and comfortably attaining the basics before joining a class. Please feel free to Whatsapp questions or email: prismwellnessinfo@gmail.com.


3. See the contraindication list if you are considering full inversions and obtain permission from your MD if you have any of the conditions or spinal fusion hardware. Communicate with the teacher if you are concerned about motion sickness or if you have other special concerns. Eat light at least 45 minutes prior to class or wait till after.


4. Aerial Yoga, a.k.a, Suspension yoga, affects the musculoskeletal, lymphatic, skeletal, nervous, and circulatory systems of the body like no other yoga. For this reason it is important to drink lots of water after class. A good night’s sleep is often reported as you have experienced a bit of adrenaline plus compound movements in maneuvering the fabric. Lastly, aerial hammocks are incredibly nurturing during Relaxation/Savasana!
