"A wave of gratitude washes over me every time I think about aerial yoga with Karla. Her presence is so soothing that I feel at ease just entering the room.
Yoga can be intimidating, especially when you can't stay on your own mat and get distracted with others. Aerial yoga helps me stay on my mat with my fabric supporter. Happily, I now have fun doing poses with help that I wouldn't be able to do alone, such as a handstand!
Also, the intimate class size helps for her to share her knowledge of anatomy, enabling you to practice comfortably and safely. At the end of every class I feel relaxed, worked out and loosened up, all while given some tools to soothe daily life. It's the highlight of my week!"
