Ever wonder what to do about your constant thoughts during your relaxation time?  This meditation provides mindfulness training to calm and prevent the frustration of a “monkey mind”.  

 

Practice this for 13 or as long as 17.5 minutes per week and pretty soon your thoughts will not harass you during your meditations.

 

While you are led to do this in a seated position you can switch it up and find a comfortable, reclined, position as well.  Enjoy!
