About the event
This 4 week aerial yoga series at Embody will focus on invigorating strength. PRiSM brings Aerial Fit to Atenas, using the fabric for resistance to build upper body and core strength while creating balance to the hip and lower body musculature. All levels. Registration required. Sign up early. Discounts for series participation. FriYAY’s at 8AM- June 20, 27, July 4 and 11.
