Treat your body to anti-gravity benefits for the circulatory, nervous, lymphatic and musculoskeletal systems.  Strength of core and upper body take place while having fun positioning the swing.  Relaxation like no other as you rest deeply into the hammock.  Modifications to yoga poses you usually cannot do possible with the aid of the fabric!  DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE FOR VETERANS, CENTRE SPB MEMBERS AND LOCAL RESIDENTS  (TAMPA BAY AREA & BEACHES) -SEE PRICING PLANS.
