Service Description
This new 1.5 hour Wednesday morning class is a Summer Series "Mindful Body & Breath" Workshop-style class. As a Specialist in body and airflow mechanics, a retired PT, and a yoga and mindfulness educator - Karla brings knowledge from the cranium to the toes, from the skin to the bones in a fun and digestible way. Designed to offer stress management techniques, gentle movement for all body types and breath focused mindfulness practices, as well as tips and techniques to take home for the off week! Lovingly held accountable to achieve your health and wellness goals, Karla coaches individually and to the group for purpose to increase self awareness and elevate community peace and support. 1.5 Hrs in length every other Wed for July and August.
